Victor Haddad spent hours with my husband and I explaining every detail of the process, product, and pros and cons of the homes we were interested in. He answered every question we had thoroughly and patiently. He was extremely personable and a delight to work with. He was up front with everything and never pushy. It was very obvious that he had our best interests in mind throughout the entire sale. We are so excited about the beautiful home we chose as it is obviously very well constructed and has amazing upgrades. The contracting process was transparent and smooth. Spoke to Victor over the phone today asking general questions about pre-fabricated homes. During our conversation, even though he knew his product was not what I was looking for, and he was not going to make a sale he invited me to take a look for square footage comparison to put my mind at ease. He even went as far as looking up my home for zoning information, and again, realizing that his product was not going to work, he went ahead and printed out several sheets of information for me and explained what are the zoning codes were.He definitely went above and beyond anything I expected. It’s unusual to find someone in a company that will take their time to help someone out. I thank you, Victor

Victor took over 2 hours today to explain everything about the process of buying and putting up a manufactured home. My husband and I are moving to Florida within a few months. We are not familiar with the area and he took additional time to show and discuss different areas that we might like. And the homes? They are beautiful. Everything I want and more.

No I have had the most awful experience with my home all my cabinet doors are falling off my paint is peeling I would never recommend to anyone they didn't finish fixing my awnings they didn't finish fixing my skirting my Eaves are not done and I'm going to sue you

I have visited Factory Direct Chariot Park Models twice in the past 3 months. I worked with Ryan Braun each time and was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. There was no high pressure sales techniques used and I felt very comfortable working with him. I fell in love with one of the models with a front porch and was unable to purchase at this time due to personal financial obligations, but as soon as that clears up I will be calling Ryan and putting my deposit down! P.S. The tour of the factory where they make the park models was fascinating and convinced me that the quality of these homes is second to none.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our visit to the Chariot Eagle factory! Ryan Braun was our host. He showed us around a few of the model homes they had on display as well as a tour of the factory floor. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and how well built these tiny homes are! I highly recommend a factory tour! Seeing is believing! We already knew the floorplan that would work best for us. Ryan led us through all of our options and we contracted to build our unit. Currently they are about a year out for delivery. Bottom line, our experience was like a breath of fresh air! Ryan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! He didn't try to sell us anything! The buildings sell themselves! We arrived for our meeting mid afternoon and finally finished up our 4 hour visit after 6pm. Ryan kindly offered us a stay at a local hotel on them instead of me fighting traffic for 4+ hours back home to the other coast of on Friday night. I should have taken him up on that offer! Traffic was a nightmare! Thanks again Ryan! It's been a real pleasure working with you and your company so far! Elena and I are super excited about our new home!!!

Factory Expo has been great to work with! Dawn Meyer always kept us in the loop regarding our home, and sent pictures all of the time. It made us feel we were a part of the build, even though we live 1000 miles away. They made our vacation home in Florida perfect, we love it.
